The Divorce Survival Guide Retreat

Sedona Arizona

April 27-30, 2023

Raise your hand if you feel…

  • Like you may never recover from the pain, agony, and trauma of your marriage and you just want someone to make it all better?
  • Like you still can’t decide whether to stay or go because it all just feels soooooo complicated and you just want someone to tell you the answers and make your plan?
  • Like you’re completely alone in this experience and just want a fucking hug from a group of women who reallllly get it?

Whether you’re still on the fence or going through a divorce, the experience can feel isolating and downright terrifying.

Fourteen years ago I went through my own dark night of the soul as I tried to make the agonizing decision to end my marriage. My son was three. I was an empty shell of the woman I felt sure I was meant to be, and I’d spent the better part of a decade twisting myself into pretzels trying to make myself the person I thought my husband wanted me to be.

I couldn’t tell my friends and family how I felt because none of them had experienced the emotional abuse I was suffering, and what’s more, I hadn’t even identified what I was experiencing as abuse because no one was talking about this at that time.

There was no Instagram or TikTok, and life coaching was in its nascence.

I was truly alone – but you don’t have to be.

You know there are people out there going through this – if you’re in my Facebook Group you’ve felt that sense of community – but there’s nothing quite like sitting around a fire sipping tea with a group of women who deeply understand what you’re going through.

And there’s nothing like sitting around that fire with one of the world’s top experts in the field of divorce and healing who can answer your questions, and give you warm comfort in your darkest hours.

That’s me, Your Divorce Survival Guide

If you resonate with anything you’ve read thus far, then I invite you to join me for an intimate, three-day retreat in the spiritual mecca and global metaphysical epicenter of Sedona Arizona.

This retreat is for women who:

  • Are struggling to decide whether to stay in or leave their marriages
  • Are currently being emotionally abused and are seeking to understand what’s happening to them
  • Have left an abusive marriage and are looking to heal the wounded places in their hearts
  • Are in a marriage that’s “fine” but they’re just not happy
  • Are in the process of divorce and are looking for support and answers to difficult questions
  • Have a history of codependence and are looking to untie the generational knots that are keeping them stuck in the vicious cycle of family trauma

If this is you, then I invite you to join me as I guide you and 11 other women in an intimate exploration of yourselves, your spirits, your deepest yearnings, and your marriages.

What’s included:

  • Three night’s accommodation at the Ancient Springs Retreat Center in Sedona Arizona
  • Eight meals (dinner Thursday night through breakfast Sunday morning) as well as snacks and drinks throughout your stay prepared by our own private chefs who are experienced in accommodating various dietary preferences and needs
  • Retreat handbook with exercises and course materials

Airfare is not included, but transportation from the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) may be provided by the retreat center (information TBD).

This retreat should not be viewed as a “girls’ trip” or “weekend getaway.” It will focus on deep, transformational work that will have the greatest impact on your personal development. BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN WE WON’T ALSO HAVE FUN!!! (I may or may not have bought myself a karaoke microphone for Christmas.)
