Answer specific and guiding questions and receive a clear, comprehensive document your attorney can actually work with — in one week.
Most parenting plans drafted by attorneys are vague by design — not because your attorney is cutting corners, but because the granular stuff (who picks up when it’s snowing, what happens if someone’s late, how you handle a sick day) isn’t what attorneys are trained to think about. They focus on the legally significant language and leave the rest blank.
Which means you get a plan that holds up in court but falls apart in real life.
If you push your attorney to get specific, they will — at $500–$750/hour for every exchange schedule, holiday rotation, and communication protocol you want nailed down. It adds up fast.
So your options are a plan that’s too vague to prevent conflict, or a plan that costs a fortune to make specific. This package is the third option.
"The biggest gift of this was how specific everything was. Holidays, exchanges, sick days, even how we communicate — it was all spelled out. It took away so many of the gray areas my ex would have used to start arguments."
Using your answers and more than 15 years of experience helping families navigate divorce, I turn your responses into a clear, structured parenting plan document — in plain English, with defined schedules and far fewer grey areas that can be weaponized down the road.
This document is not a replacement for legal advice — it’s a head start.
Instead of your attorney billing you to figure out what you want, they’re reviewing a document you’ve already built. That’s a much shorter — and cheaper — conversation. Many clients find this dramatically reduces the time and cost required to finalize their plan.
"I thought a parenting plan was just a custody schedule. This helped me think through how everyday life would actually work for my kids. Having it written down clearly made me feel so much calmer going into the legal process."
