I’m excited to welcome Tina Swithin back to the show for a powerful conversation about Family Court Awareness Month, which she founded five years ago to shine a light on the deep issues within our family court system.

Together, we dive into the systemic obstacles—from the lack of judicial training on domestic abuse to the financial incentives that keep conflicts alive in court. Tina also walks us through important legislative efforts, like Kayden’s Law and Piqui’s Law, named after children who lost their lives due to preventable court failures.

This episode is all about the critical importance of grassroots advocacy, educational efforts, and collective action to protect children and their families and demand accountability in our courts.
