for an intimate, three-day retreat designed exclusively for women going through divorce.

This isn’t just a break—it’s a transformational experience where you’ll shed the weight of the past and begin to embrace your future with renewed strength and clarity.
In Sedona I was able to release the fear and guilt that had been holding me back from moving on with my life. I came home lighter, freer and feeling part of a tribe! The transformation in all of us was nothing short of remarkable. ~S

I’m Kate Anthony,

author of The D Word: Making the Ultimate Decision About Your Marriage, and host of the critically acclaimed and New York Times recommended podcast The Divorce Survival Guide Podcast.

I’ve been where you are.

Fifteen years ago, I was trapped in a marriage filled with emotional abuse, struggling to find a way out. I felt alone, confused, and lost. But I found my strength—and I’m here to help you find yours.

I’m a certified Domestic Violence Advocate, Co-Parenting Specialist, and High Conflict Divorce Coach, and during this retreat, I will guide you, alongside 13 other women, on a powerful journey to reconnect with yourself, heal from trauma, and start anew.

IN THESE THREE, UNFORGETTABLE DAYS, YOU’LL EXPERIENCE THE INCREDIBLE BOND OF A COMMUNITY OF WOMEN WHO GET IT—WHO TRULY UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU’RE GOING THROUGH.

This retreat is for you if...

  • You’re in the process of divorce and feel overwhelmed by the emotional and practical challenges.
  • You’ve left an abusive or emotionally painful marriage and are seeking a path to healing.
  • You feel emotionally drained and want to rediscover your true self after years of marital strife.
  • You’re craving community and connection with like-minded women who are having similar experiences.
  • You want expert support, practical guidance, and deep emotional healing during this difficult time.
The weekend I spent at Kate Anthony’s retreat was nothing short of transformative. At a time in my life when I was overwhelmed with fear, uncertainty and not a friend in sight, I was suddenly immersed in support, warm support and friendship. The days were filled with teachings, exercises and healing. After the retreat, I felt a shift in my thinking, and in my outlook. I’m so grateful to Kate for taking us to a magical location for healing work. It was worth every penny. ~J

I can’t actually believe the retreat was only 3 days. It feels like I’ve known these women for years. We’re all still connected and I believe we have a forever bond! ~S

Due to the nature of this event, no refunds will be issued or installment payments cancelled. Your registration is only transferable if we approve the replacement participant. It is your responsibility to find a replacement for your spot (if you chose to do so), who we will then approve (or not) based on our criteria.
Depending when you book, there are payment plans available.

All rooms are double occupancy, with two twin beds in each room. We will do our absolute best to accommodate any requests.

This retreat is an opportunity for you to meet new people, make new friends, and work on yourself. Bringing a friend for the fun of it is not allowed. If you really want to bring a friend, they need to be also going through divorce, and should be familiar with Kate’s work. The entire group should be there for the same purpose, otherwise it can be disruptive to the group as a whole.

Check-in begins at 3 pm, and we officially begin at 5 pm. Because of the intimate nature of this retreat, I ask that you do everything you can to book a flight that will get you here in time.
We’ll work until 10 am Sunday and check-out is at noon. Flights should be booked at noon or later if at all possible.

Our retreat is booked at The Ancient Springs Retreat Center for the duration of our retreat only. There are plenty of hotels around Flagstaff and Sedona should you wish to enjoy the area for longer than our retreat is planned for.

Transportation is not included in the price of the retreat. You are responsible for your own airfare in and out of Phoenix. Once all flights are booked, we will connect you with people coming in at similar times so you can carpool to the retreat center.

In the past we’ve found it easier and less expensive for people to fly into and out of Phoenix. Flagstaff is closer to Sedona, but there are fewer flights, and they are more expensive.
