While there are a lot of women in the program, due to varying schedules each call usually has no more than 12-15 women on it at a time.
We open every call with a reading from the Kali Oracle Deck by Alana Fairchild. This helps ground us all, and I find this deck to be very powerful for the work we’re doing.
After that, the floor is open for whoever has questions, needs coaching, or wants to share. I ask that if you want support on the call that you use the “raise a hand” feature on Zoom so I can best manage our time. I try to work it so that everyone who wants to share gets the chance to. So far, I’ve never had to turn anyone away.
While I may answer a question or offer coaching, the group also pitches in with their experiences, advice, or even professional recommendations when appropriate (we’ve had CPAs, therapists, child development professionals, etc. in the group!).
Overall, the calls are loving, warm, supportive, and full of a wealth of important information! Even if you’re shy, sit in on a call or two and you’ll feel the generosity of the group begin to open you up.
